Dr. Bella Lauren is a Holistic Physician, Midwife, Herbalist, and Bodyworker with more than 30 years of experience supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the many transitions of womanhood.
Her integrative approach weaves Traditional Chinese Medicine, mindfulness, somatic awareness, therapeutic bodywork, and ancient feminine wisdom to support the whole woman in body, mind, and spirit.
With a deep respect for the innate wisdom of the female body, Dr. Bella creates a nurturing and individualized approach to care that honors each woman’s unique journey.
